Louise Mckiernan MBE
Chief Executive and Company Secretary
Louise is a strategic, values‑driven Chief Executive with extensive senior leadership experience across the VCFSE, user‑led and public sector environments. She is deeply committed to advancing the rights, voice and inclusion of disabled people. Since joining DRC as Chief Executive in 2005, she has led the organisation through significant growth, modernisation and development.

Steve Moralee
Head of Fundraising and Partnerships
Steve has many years’ experience working in the charity sector in fundraising for both national and local charities. Steve has worked at DRC since January 2017 leads on the income generation and marketing priorities for the charity.

Howard started with DRC in 2026 and has held senior finance and commercial roles in both corporate SME’s and Charity businesses over several decades, primarily in the Midlands.

Maria Clayton
IAG Service Manager
Maria initially volunteered with DRC before returning as an employee in 2019. She began as Training & Development Officer before progressing to become Service Manager for the IAG Team.
Maria is passionate about empowering both her staff and clients to build their skills and confidence, enabling them to improve their lives to reach their full potential — a commitment that reflects DRC’s mission.

Tracey Bennet
Employment & Training Manager
Tracey started with DRC in 2008 and since then has worked on various teams to ensure the greatest support is delivered. Tracey is a qualified trainer with qualifications to teach adult learners to process to the next stage within their lives – an ideal fit for her role as Employment & Training Manager.

Community Service Development Manager
Ofure has over five years of experience in the charity sector and has been with DRC since 2023, leading community development initiatives.
