Health & Wellbeing
Activities
Wellbeing Groups
Our Fit for Life programme has been developed with the goal of tackling health inequalities. Targeted towards disabled people, older adults and those with long term health conditions.
Wellbeing groups start with a tea and social catch up, are followed by a gentle seated exercise session and end with a short walk around a local park.
The groups are interspersed with informal health education.
Courses are delivered in Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
