Our Information, Advice & Guidance workstream can currently provide the following support:

Benefits & Welfare

We can support disabled individuals with for

  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Universal Credit (including Work Capability forms)
  • Blue Badge Applications
  • Accessing charitable grants
  • Help with transport
  • Specialist equipment or personal assistance.

This service is available for residents of Birmingham & Solihull, aged 18+.

Energy

We can currently provide support to residents of East Birmingham, with energy debt, including applications for energy grants and assistance with energy issues.

Housing

Subject to project funding, we can sometimes support with issues around community or private housing.
